This lecture will provide an overview of the EU's strategic planning of funding programs, covering the Horizon scanning, the main goals, priorities, and structure of key funding programs such as Horizon Europe, Erasmus+, and the European Structural and Investment Funds. Students will gain an understanding of how these programs contribute to R&D projects in IT.
