Theoretical and practical aspects related to R&D project implementation, monitoring and reporting to the body in charge, based on EU-project rules. Analyzing the roles and responsibilities in project implementation. Impact analysis related to project goals and horizontal priorities (e.g. green, digital, inclusiveness) and preparation of a detailed impact plan that can be consulted during the project implementation.
Students are presented with main theoretical and practical aspect of impact planning, project implementation and monitoring taking into account ensuring the planned impact.
Students will attend a lecture that provides an overview of theoretical insights and practical guidelines on impact planning, implementation, and monitoring of R&D projects. The lecture will address key components such as analyzing roles and responsibilities, preparing a detailed impact plan, and ensuring the fulfillment of project goals.
Students will investigate real-world case studies of successful R&D project implementations. This activity involves exploring project documentation to identify critical success factors, challenges, and the methods used to address them in alignment with EU project rules. Student will be provided with project reports, impact plans, evaluations.
Students will work on an impact plan as a part of their project proposal. They will collate all the so-far-prepared parts of the project proposal and start preparing the final project application of an R&D project application, in line with the call.
